It is possible that Ishamael was never sealed in the bor at all, but rather has walked the earth causing havoc since the breaking. Some feel that he is in fact Moridin, as we have never seen the true Ishamael, this is possible. Also Moridin has the SA floating in his eyes that comes from long use of the power. Since Ishamael has always appeared with fiery pits for eyes it is possible that he could have had the SA as well. One problem with this theory is that Moghedien has seen Moridin, and nothing was written saying he looked familiar. Only that he dressed in styles from the age of Legends
